On Wednesday we'll start again with the Show and Tell segment. If you haven't already done so, and would like to participate, please send us a recent photo of our last topic, Monochrome (Black and White). Please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
The main topic we'll be talking about is Minimalist Photography. (Keep it Simple)
Minimalism is a style of photography that is characterised by extreme sparseness and simplicity. There are many interpretations of this. Let's explore them in our next lesson.
This is our last class this term. We will do a hands on lesson, photographing “Birds and Flowers”. Bring your cameras and we will go outside after show and tell and try to capture the birds and flowers in the village gardens. Remember to send in a photo for the Show and Tell segment, “Street Photography” or “Urban Photography"
To give you some tips for "Bird and Flower Photography” you can check out the notes from previous years that were attached with the letter.
The challenge for Wednesday send us a photo that tells a story. Or two photos in a diptych. (Two photos joined together). Please send before Tuesday evening. email@example.com.
The main topic on Wednesday will be STREET PHOTOGRAPHY. Street Photography is defined by its candidness and produces ironic amusement and it is a mirror image of society displaying scenes of unaware subjects.
